The atmosphere was cool and casual, and felt very Idaho to us. The food was delicious and the ingredients were fresh. Looking over the menu you could tell that there’s an emphasis on local and fresh ingredients. We got the bison and the smash burger and we really enjoyed them. We also tried their hazy IPA and the dirty blonde ale, and we really enjoyed both. Though the dirty blonde ale was a standout for us. Our server Layne was sweet, attentive, and funny. She answered all our questions quickly and confidently and was attentive throughout our visit. The restaurant is beautiful; from the tables and chairs to the where you can see the staff cooking pizzas in oven. The mushroom truffle mac and cheese was the best tasting item we got! Highly recommend! The bison burger and smash burger were good, but just a bit overcooked for our preference. The fries were to die for!! My son loved his kid pizza and ate the whole thing. The flavor and crust were delicious. The major downside was that it was busy, so it was hard to get the staff’s attention for more water.
